Vertumno II it’s a nice little radio with a fascinating design and a fantastic front panel.
It’s a two bands five valves superheterodyne and the chassis is derived from the one of Alauda model.

The filaments of the valves are connected in series and the power supply is made by a little autotransformer which operates the mains voltage adapter also.

The left knob operates the power switch / volume control and the right knob is for the tuning. The little knob is for the band switch, it operates a two position rotating switch that lets you choose between medium waves and short waves.
